After 1.5 years of studies, 11 dedicated and talented students graduated from our TM Diet & Lifestyle Counselor Program, the first part of the complete Tibetan Medicine training. They were guided by our dear director, Dr. Phuntsog Wangmo la, and supported by amazing teachers and Menpas, Irina Pankevich and Medegma Budaeva.

At Tsegyalgar East we were fortunate to host Steve Landsberg for the three day retreat from September 30 – October 2. Steve is a highly dedicated teacher who shared his experience and knowledge related to the experience of the mind.
We were very fortunate, at Tsegyalgar East, to welcome Elias Capriles for a ten day retreat from 27 August to 4 September.
The annual Dance Dance Dance retreats at Khandroling bring together practitioners from all over the globe. This year was no exception, drawing participants from Japan, France, Italy, Chile, and far flung parts of the US.
No matter how many times ones ascends to the top of Khandroling and enters the Vajra Hall with the Universal Mandala, there’s always a moment of awe and appreciation for Rinpoche’s vision and contributions to the Dzogchen Community.
