I wish I could say that I connected with teaching for that reason though, that I met Rinpoche because I was looking for truth, because I was trying to find myself, because I wanted to be a better person. However, that view, somewhat opportunistic, is only partially true. The real reason why I met Rinpoche is because I wanted to leave suffering behind.

The app is free and its main purpose is to help people to relax the tensions they accumulate in daily life and help them breathe in a more natural and efficient way. Breathing well is the very foundation of a healthy life, physically and mentally.
This autumn nature is just beginning to change its colors, and our majestic pine trees still stand proudly under the clear blue sky. Our summer has been dry and warm, which was perfect for practices and retreats.
