A large part of Yantra Yoga is deemed ‘open’, meaning it can be taught to the general public. The “In-Depth Training of the 8 Movements” is part of the ongoing project of the International Dzogchen Community, in partnership with Atiyoga Foundation, to organize such Yantra Yoga courses open to the general public.

The Caribbean was a perfect spot to have this retreat in Playa Chiquita, Costa Rica, celebrating the anniversary of our beloved teacher passing into parinirvana. Led by instructors Maxim, Nataly, Ricky and Gloriana, I felt the fresh brilliance of the practice in their transmission of the yantra teachings as if Namkhai Norbu himself was there.
