The new Gakyil of Dzamling Gar was selected on April 13, 2019 at the Annual General Meeting of Dzamling Gar. There are three Gakyil members leaving after years of service, Michal Gibowski, Blue Gakyil and President, Alejandro Acuna Aldana, Red Gakyil, and Inna Ossinkina,Yellow Gakyil.
