15 Pawos and Pamos descended from far and wide within the vast barren country of Australia, to Namgyalgar. People traveled from as far south as Tasmania, the most southern end, as far west as Uluru, the heart of the country, and the northern tip of the continent, Cairns. All had the heart intention of practicing and learning the dance of Khalong Dorje Kar.

The Pawos and Pamos were blessed each day with the kindness and patience of two very skilled Dance teachers, Thuy Nuygen and Rosemary Friend, who shared their knowledge and wisdom of the dance, while Jorrit guided the Pawos gracefully through the dance, like a silent manifestation all the Pawos could humbly follow.

All the Pawos and Pamos would practice humbly and tirelessly during the day; while in the evenings, Prima Mai would adorn her yogins and yoginis from afar, through Zoom, to teach different parts of the Khalong Dorje Kar dance, explain its origins and in-depth rich meaning.

The retreat lasted 7 days, and was able to manifest due to the kindness of Aunty Jo Tyshing who organised and facilitated the retreat.

With heartfelt gratitude and thank you to Rosemary and Thuy for their devotion to the dance, and collaboration with Prima Mai, for allowing the Khalong Dorje Kar Dance to manifest in Namgyalgar.
