Santi Maha Sangha with Lynn Newdome
This was the first of five sessions of the new course, and covered Chapters 1 & 2 of The Precious Vase from September 13 to October 26, 2015.
About a dozen local participants met at the schoolhouse on Monday evenings for six weeks, and about forty-five people joined in by taking the course via MP3’s of the talks, posted about two days after the course was given.
Our study together felt precious, and really brought out the “sangha” aspect of Santi Maha Sangha. Remote participants were able to email questions, which were responded to at the next class. We all appreciated the opportunity to read, reflect, and discuss Rinpoche’s valuable teachings each week.
Session II, “The Bodhisattva Path,” will begin on Monday, Nov. 23, 2015.
