Dear Members,
We are very pleased to inform you on the positive outcome of our Affiliation vote with the International Dzogchen Community (IDC). Friday, October 27th at 6pm, at the Schoolhouse in Conway, some 40 local members of Tsegyalgar East showed up in person and unanimously voted FOR the alignment with IDC.
In addition to those of you that joined us in person, our 25 Proxy members cast the positive votes in behalf of all of you that sent us your signed proxy form.
Now that we have the final number of members and the final number of votes to approve the restated articles of amendment, we can submit for filing to the Secretary of State. Once accepted for filing by the Secretary of State, our new charter will be effective.
It should only be a couple of days next week before they are effective.
