The second annual Dance Dance Dance in Japan with teacher Kyu Reiko was held on June 26-28, 2026, by Yamanaka Lake at the foot of Mt. Fuji.
Two typhoons were passing by, and we were in the epicenter of a 6.5-magnitude earthquake that struck on the first night in 102 years in this area. Rain and sometimes thunder have been with us for three days, but a couple of times, Mt. Fuji appeared with that majestic, magnificent presence watching over us.
Deer, eagles, and small birds joined us occasionally to celebrate the event. Mt. Fuji, typhoons, and earthquakes all energized and empowered us. So our spirits were high, appreciating being on mandalas, a manifestation of the wisdom of Dakinis brought into our human realm.
We danced all the dances, including Khalong Dorje Kar Song of Vajra!

Louise wrote me that everything was uncertain, but Mt. Fuji prevailed, and so did we.
