Freshly authorized Yantra Yoga First Level instructor Magdalena Ourecka led her first course on Yantra Yoga in beautiful medieval small town Olomouc in the eastern part of Czech Republic. We repeated tsijong, lungsang, the newly learned tsadul and the first series of Yantra Yoga including the pranayama. Although there were only 7 participants we enjoyed our practicing together very much!
