Yantra Yoga Base Course in Friuli
The weekend of Saturday May 16 and Sunday May 17, Marco Baseggio gave a course on the basics of Yantra Yoga, open to all, in Friuli, in Fiumicello (the area of Papariano), in the north of Italy. The course, which included all three series of preliminary exercises and the Wave of the Vajra, had a careful and active participation, and will be followed by another in the autumn – winter period.
Yantra Yoga Course Concludes at the Renier Michiel Gym in Venice
Last week, the weekly course of Yantra Yoga for beginners, which has been guided for eight years by Marco Baseggio in Venice at the Palestra Renier Michiel, ended for this year. The course, open to all, will resume next autumn-winter.
