We sang and danced to the Song of Vajra extensively for six days. How fortunate we were to be able to participate in such a retreat!

Tibetan Medicine returns to the University of La Laguna, Tenerife
On Wednesday, March 20, Dr. Phuntsog Wangmo gave the lecture “Introduction to the General Aspects of Traditional Tibetan Medicine: The daily practice of a Tibetan doctor” at the Faculty of Law, Social Sciences and Communication of the University of La Laguna, thanks to the close relationship between the International Atiyoga Foundation and the University.
