Eight Movements Training and Supervision was held from January 3rd to 10th, 2025 adding a few days for supervisions, and the First Level Teacher Training from January 15th to 23rd, 2025 was held at Tashigar South, Argentina, with international teacher Fabio Andrico.

Experienced and beginners, old and new, together learned and practiced Yantra Yoga and Harmonious Breathing intensively with joy in a totally relaxing environment, in lovely autumn days, with 3rd level instructor Oni McKinstry.
Interested in merging the sacred rivers of Yantra Yoga and Harmonious Breathing into my daily meditation practice, and intuitively drawn to acquaint myself with teachers in Chögyal Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche’s lineage, I made a 2,000-mile pilgrimage to study briefly with Maxim Leshchenko and Nataly Nitsche, in August 2019.
Alessandra and Stoffelina were very good team – we learned much and it was very joyful.
