Michael Katz, author of Tibetan Dream Yoga; the Royal Road to Enlightenment, editor of Dream Yoga and the Practice of Natural Light, and author of The White Dolphin gave a public conference on Lucid Dreaming in the Aldobrandesco Castle in Arcidosso on Friday, June 23, 2017. The conference was well attended by members of the Dzogchen Community of Merigar West as well as a large public from the town.
Over the weekend that followed, Michael led a workshop to induce lucidity within a dream by combined deep relaxation training and induction in the Gönpa of Merigar West.
