February was an eventful and busy month at the Northern gar. Despite the harsh winter weather, the snowy and sparsely populated gar prepared for Losar and the Mandarava practice retreat in advance.

This spring at Kunsangar South, Crimea, we initiated the construction of two small houses, which we call ‘wooden tents’ – simple structures without amenities for 1-2 people.
Dear everyone, in November 2021 we will be celebrating 10 years of Khaita – exactly 10 years ago in Meriling, Tenerife, Chögyal Namkhai Norbu started selecting the songs for the first Khaita collection “Message from Tibet”.
The Mirror recently asked us to describe our recent collaboration with the British Museum and their ResearchSpace team and a few of the ways that it will be used to help us to share the Namkhai Collection with our Community members around the world.
Finally the long-awaited summer timidly comes into its own right. It generously showers us with flowers, we admire the stunning sunsets and listen to concerts of birds.
